UK Delivery

All items are hand-made and take time to complete.  Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, unless otherwise specified.  Your items will be packaged securely and come in a gift box.

All UK orders come with the option of FREE POSTAGE by Royal Mail 1st Class. You also have the option of Royal Mail Special Delivery for £6.75.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

If you need to return an item, contact me at brightstarjeweller@gmail.com quoting your name and order number.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
